  1. Terms of Use (Website + App)

PCMultiApp and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app or website, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount required by law.

You are responsible for your own device, internet connection, and security. You should use appropriate antivirus/security tools and keep backups of important data.

You agree not to misuse the app or website, including attempting to bypass restrictions, interfere with services, distribute malware, scrape/attack the site, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app or website at any time (including features, downloads, and Featured Creator listings) without notice.

  1. Third-Party Services, Content, and Links (Including YouTube)

PCMultiApp may display or link to third-party services, content, websites, or resources (including YouTube). Third-party services are provided by their respective owners. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it.

PCMultiApp is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

Use of the built-in YouTube player requires you to agree to YouTube’s terms and related policies inside the app. When you use YouTube features, information may be collected by YouTube/Google in accordance with their privacy policies and terms.

  1. Privacy Notice (No App Telemetry)

App: PCMultiApp does not send us telemetry and we do not collect personal data from the installed app.

Website: Our hosting providers may process basic server logs (for example IP address, device/browser information, and request metadata) for security, reliability, and operations. If you contact us, we will use your message to respond and may retain it as needed for support.

Downloads & in-app content updates (Cloudflare R2/CDN logs): PCMultiApp is downloaded from, and may periodically fetch files (such as image/link packages used for in-app recommendations/ads) from our storage and delivery providers (for example Cloudflare R2). When your device requests these files, standard technical request logs are generated by the provider (typically including IP address, user-agent/device information, date/time, and the file requested). We use these logs only for security, reliability, and aggregated metrics (for example download counts and bandwidth). PCMultiApp does not create or transmit a unique identifier for these requests.

External links: Some in-app items may open links in your default web browser. Once you leave the app, the destination website’s terms and privacy practices apply.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us via the website, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

  1. Featured Creators / Partner Features

PCMultiApp may include a “Featured Creators” section to help users discover channels. Some listings may be partner features. Listings are for discovery only and do not imply endorsement or guaranteed outcomes (for example, views, subscribers, or revenue).

We may add, update, or remove listings at any time. Creators can request removal by contacting us.

  1. Intellectual Property

PCMultiApp, its branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the app except where permitted by law or by an applicable open-source licence included with the app.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

  1. International Use

PCMultiApp may be downloaded and used globally. You are responsible for complying with applicable local laws in your country or region when using the app and website.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your local consumer protection laws require otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under your local law.
