PCMultiAPP CROSS-PROMOTION TERMS

These terms apply to YouTube creators taking part in the PCMultiAPP cross-promotion programme. The programme is open to eligible YouTube creators worldwide.
1. HOW IT WORKS
This is a simple, non-monetary cross-promotion arrangement.
The YouTube creator agrees to occasionally display temporary on-screen text promoting PCMultiAPP in their videos. The text may simply say:
“PCMultiAPP.com”
or:
“Find this channel on the PCMultiAPP.com app.”
The text only needs to appear temporarily on screen, such as a simple fade in and fade out. No verbal promotion is required.
In return, PCMultiAPP will promote the creator’s YouTube channel within the PCMultiAPP application.
2. NO MONEY IS EXCHANGED
No money is paid or exchanged between PCMultiAPP and the creator.
There are no fees, commissions or revenue sharing. PCMultiAPP does not take any cut of the creator’s YouTube revenue, merchandise sales, Patreon, memberships, sponsorships or other income, and the creator does not receive any share of PCMultiAPP’s advertising or other revenue.
This arrangement is purely an exchange of promotional exposure.
3. PCMULTIAPP MAY END PROMOTION
PCMultiAPP may stop promoting or remove a creator’s channel from the app at any time and for any reason.
This may happen, for example, if the creator stops or substantially reduces their agreed promotion of PCMultiAPP; the channel becomes inactive; the channel’s content changes substantially; the channel moves towards adult, explicit, illegal, harmful or otherwise unsuitable content; the creator or their content creates legal, security or reputational concerns for PCMultiAPP; or PCMultiAPP simply decides that the channel is no longer a suitable fit for the app or cross-promotion programme.
These are examples only and do not limit PCMultiAPP’s right to stop promoting a channel for another reason.
Where reasonably practical, PCMultiAPP will inform the creator in advance. However, PCMultiAPP may remove a channel immediately where it considers this necessary.
Removal from the app does not create any right to payment, compensation or continued promotion.
4. THE CREATOR MAY LEAVE
The creator may also end the cross-promotion arrangement at any time and ask to be removed from the programme.
Neither party owes the other any payment or compensation when the arrangement ends.
5. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
Neither PCMultiAPP nor the creator guarantees any particular number of views, subscribers, downloads, sales or other results from the cross-promotion.
6. INDEPENDENT PARTIES
This arrangement does not create an employment relationship, legal partnership, joint venture or agency relationship.
Each party remains responsible for its own content and activities.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION
The PCMultiAPP cross-promotion programme is open to eligible YouTube creators worldwide.
These terms and the cross-promotion arrangement are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable local law provides otherwise.
By agreeing to take part in the PCMultiAPP cross-promotion programme, the creator confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
